TU Go Updates

The latest version of business app TU Go is now live across Android, Windows Phone 8 and iOS devices. The update has improved the service by allowing users to use TU Go without a Wifi connection, please see below for details.

What’s new?

3G and 4G support – The latest version of TU Go now supports the ability to use the app over any mobile data (3G/4G) connection. This means you can now use TU Go for calls, texts and voicemails whenever you have mobile data. If you would like to mobile data for calls, you can easily switch this on through your device’s settings.

Data allowance – TU Go also uses a small amount of data to sync your Timeline and voicemail – make sure you’re connected to Wifi so you’re not using your mobile data allowance. If you switch on ‘Calls‘ over 3G and 4G in TU Go > Settings, TU Go will use up your mobile data allowance, as well as your call/texting monthly allowance.

Available on 10 devices – You can download TU Go as much as you like, but you can only be logged in on a maximum of 10 devices at one time.

We advise that you stay connected to Wifi whenever possible when using TU Go to avoid using your data allowance.
