Microsoft has unveiled the newest addition to its Office 365 suite, StaffHub – a useful new business app for shift workers and management.
StaffHub is a cloud-based platform that works across all devices. It enables staff workers and their managers to manage time, communicate with their teams, and share content.
StaffHub makes it easy for managers to create, update and manage shift schedules for their team. Employees have access to all their shift information, including the ability to easily swap shifts with others.
Schedules can be viewed by day, week or month, as needed, and the program has tools for handling common requests such as holidays, sick leave and more.
Communicate with staff
With StaffHub, managers can send messages to one person – or the entire team. Send scheduled info, team news, company announcements and more.
Managers can quickly distribute important information to their team, such as policy documents, news bulletins or videos. Everyone can get access to the information they need to do their jobs, including files on services like SharePoint and Dropbox.
StaffHub is available as part of the Office 365 Enterprise plans (K1, E1, E3 and E5) on the web, iOS and Android.
