We recently informed O2 Boostbox customers about a migration period that is due for the Boostbox as a result of new broadband infrastructure.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, O2 have taken the decision to re-schedule this change in order to protect services for customers. The implementation was due to start after midnight on 5th June, with further individual migrations taking place after 12th and 13th June.

These outages will not be taking place on these dates. We will communicate the new schedule in due course.

PLEASE NOTE:

The original post contained instructions for users connecting through corporate LAN/firewalls. For those who are in this minority and do connect through the corporate LAN, these changes to the IP range are still required. They will still be able to run simultaneously with the old firewall settings.

If already implemented, please leave these IP changes in place for the pending migration. Where not already implemented, please do continue to make these changes and add the settings in preparation for the pending migration.
