O2 My Network App
My Network is a clever mobile app/service for O2 customers. It allows you to understand what network coverage you have, any potential service outages, report issues and carry out speed tests. It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.
When the speed test is completed it will upload the results to the server and finally display the results with a textual description of what the connection is good for, example email, downloading or video streaming.
You must have either 4G, 3G or a WiFi connection to use the app, as the content is served from the web and not stored locally on your phone.
The My Network app also offers O2 customers the option to submit feedback for specific days, analysis of feedback delivered through the app and options to speak to O2 if required.
