O2 Data Capping


Previously UK data was capped at the allowance the user had.Once the 4G tariffs and applicable data bolt ons were released, the networks decided that these would now be uncapped and has been the case now for some time.

When you start using up some of your data you will get usage alerts will be sent at when youhave used 80% and then again usage alerts will be sent at 100%

Once all data has been used, the service will not be restricted but charged per MB unless an applicable one off bolt on is applied

If you go over their inclusive data, this is not covered under Bill Shock as notifications are sent to the user. It is up to that user to then inform either us, the network or their work line manager who can then contact us to add further data.
