Having Trouble Accessing My O2?
If you are having problems with updating your account please check the following;
1.If you have clicked ‘Update my account’ link but no email has been received. You should;
Check that a valid email address has been used
Check their junk mail folder
- Try another internet browser (Chrome/Internet Explorer)
If none of these resolve the issue please follow step 2.
2.Forgotten password reset link;
- Click on the ‘Forgot your username or password’ link on the main page.
- They will be asked to enter a mobile number and they will receive a verification code via text message
Please note – you can’t use a mobile number that has already been used to register another My O2 Business account.
