Changes to My O2 Business
There’s some exciting changes come to My O2 Business very soon! In order to upgrade to the changes in December, My O2 Business users need to check their secret question and make a note of the answer.
You’ll need to enter this when My O2 Business re-launches in December and you log in for the first time. If you are confident that you know what your security answer is, there is no need to worry. However, if you do need to change the answer, you need to do this before 6th November.
How to check your secure question and answer:
- Log into MO2B
- Go to the My details tab and view your secret question
- If you want to, update the question/answer
- Take note of your secret question/answer and keep it safe
Making these simple checks now will ensure that you will have a better, more seamless experience logging into My O2 Business when the changes and improvements are made in December.
